The Technician supports preventive maintenance programs, leads field teams, and communicates effectively with customers and management. Operating company vehicles and participating in on-call rotations are essential. Clear communication and dedication to quality service enable the team to optimize resources and enhance customer well-being through consistent, efficient facility support aligned with the company's mission.What you'll do:Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and control panels, ensuring compliance with building codes and operational standards.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in commercial and industrial equipment.Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigeration units, walk-ins, and HVAC systems to maximize equipment longevity and efficiency.Adhere to OSHA and EPA 608 refrigerant handling protocols during all service activities.Lead and mentor field teams, providing technical guidance and promoting safety practices.Manage service calls, coordinate with external providers, and maintain accurate documentation and inventory.Operate company vehicles safely to complete service assignments within assigned regions.What you'll bring:Proven experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial or industrial settings.Ability to interpret layout plans, schematics, and building codes to ensure accurate system configuration and compliance.Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues and implementing preventive maintenance programs.Knowledge of OSHA standards and EPA 608 refrigerant handling protocols with strict adherence to safety regulations.Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical issues and collaborate with customers and team members.Capability to lead and mentor technicians while managing service calls and workload using digital tools.Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles safely for service calls and on-call duties.
