Our client is seeking a Billing Specialist to play a key role in managing billing operations on a major project. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making processes run smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and send accurate bills on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with customer contracts, rates, and deadlines.
- Manage customer accounts with specialized requirements.
- Handle lien waivers, invoice accruals, and follow-ups on payments.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure billing accuracy.
- Assist in generating and analyzing reports using accounting software.
What They're Looking For:
- Background in billing (construction experience is a bonus, but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Trimble Spectrum would be a huge plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
