Hospitalist Physician

Enterprise Medical Services is seeking a Hospitalist to join a close-knit, established team of six physicians and three advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse.

Practice Details

• Community Hospital is a rural gem serving a population of 65,000
• A balanced 7 on/7 off-block schedule allows for quality time at work and home.
• Coverage consists of two hospitalists during the day and one at night (one APP during the day.
• Hospitalists enjoy the challenge of complex cases in an open ICU with telemedicine critical care 24/7 (do procedures and run codes)
• Average census of 10-12 per physician, with 1-3 admissions per day and 2-6 admissions per night
• Expected annual salary is $320K-$330K, depending on experience, with a robust benefit package.
