DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you'll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

$5,000 Retention Bonus - Full-Time Opportunity for a Dialysis Nurse to promote up to a Clinical Coordinator/Charge Nurse

Clinic Details:

• Operational Hours: Monday - Saturday 4:00am - 3:00pm (Saturdays are every other week)

• The clinic uses Fresenius 2008T machines,

• Clinic has 9 chairs, with 1 RN and 2 dialysis techs scheduled per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes

• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs

• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery

• Build long-term relationships with patients and families

• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Current RN license and CPR certification

• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis

• Charge RN readiness approval required

• ADN required; BSN preferred

• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred

• CNN/CDN certification a plus

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
