Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, San Francisco, CA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand for rheumatology treatments across San Francisco, Stockton, and Honolulu. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies, executing territory strategies, and achieving sales objectives while supporting patient access to innovative autoimmune therapies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans using market data and customer insights
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare providers and specialty pharmacy partners
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and maintain accountability for business results

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated high performance in rheumatology sales strongly preferred
• Territory and account strategy planning and execution experience
• Ability to collaborate across internal teams and cross-functional partners
• Strong clinical and market access acumen in specialty pharmacy environments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must reside within assigned territory (San Francisco, Stockton, or Honolulu)

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base
