Ryder is Now Hiring OTR CDL-A Truck Drivers in Hartford, CTAverage $1,850 per Week - $4,000 Loyalty BonusPaid Training - $1,000 Safety Bonus
Pay, Home Time & More:

Average $1,850 per week
Loyalty Bonus:?Pays you $2,000 at 6 months and $2,000 at 1 year
Safety Bonus:?Pays you $250 four times a year, every quarter
Route: OTR - home at least every other weekend
Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

Schedule, Freight & Equipment:

Start time: Varies
Deliver Solo from North Dakota to Texas and all states east, as well as Canada
Tractor Type: Sleepers with APUs
Trailer Type: Dry Van and Conestoga experience preferred
Companion Policy: Bring a person and/or pet on the road with you!
Freight Type: Touch - Commercial and Residential Garage Doors
Hand-unloading is required for commercial and residential garage doors
Load Securement: Strapping
Endorsements: Passport - within 90 days of hire

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
9 months of experience within the past 3 years
Minimum 21 years of age
Pass a Ryder Drug Test
Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
