OU Health in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Compensation Specialist to support base and variable pay programs and ensure competitive, compliant pay practices. You will work with HR partners, Payroll, HRIS and leadership to ensure accurate data and timely pay cycles. Responsibilities include market benchmarking, job architecture, job analysis, reporting and audits to promote internal equity and external competitiveness.
