Our organization is in search of dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. This role offers the chance to work with a varied patient demographic, including those undergoing general and vascular surgeries, bariatric procedures, plastic surgeries, trauma care, and stroke management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Team to provide patient-centered care focused on safety and quality outcomes.
• Engage in the development and assessment of personalized care plans.
• Participate in ongoing education through certification and advanced practice opportunities.
• Exhibit leadership qualities and serve as a clinical resource and role model for peers.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams.
• Enhance time management skills to improve team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Valid Michigan nursing license verification is required.
• BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).
