Job Type: Full Time Salary: $25+ an hour based on experience Brightstone Therapy, a leading provider of behavioral therapy services in Monroe, GA, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients. Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes. Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making. Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed. Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics. Requirements Possession of a valid RBT certification. Current CPR is not required, but will need to be taken upon hire. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Experience working with individuals in various settings. Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders. Competitive pay starting at $25+ per hour Certification Reimbursement Mileage and drive time reimbursement at an administrative hourly for travel between clients Supervision and training provided by our experienced BCBA.
