Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time PM ShiftThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is responsible for assessing and administering medication to residents, reporting any changes to the physician, updating family members, and assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This role is vital to ensuring high-quality care for residents.ResponsibilitiesAdminister medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.Notify the charge nurse of any changes in the condition of residents.Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities as needed.Update physicians and family members regarding changes in condition as required.Perform other duties as requested.ScheduleThis is a full-time position with a PM shift from 2 PM to 10 PM, including every other weekend.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMust hold and maintain a Wisconsin LPN license.Current CPR/BLS certification required.1+ years of related work experience preferred.Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
