Travel Nurse RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - $2,744 per week

40-bed Level III NICU caring for critically ill and growing neonates in a Level I Trauma Center . Nurses provide comprehensive neonatal care including ventilator management, CPAP, umbilical lines, PICCs, IV starts, NG/OG feedings, G-tubes, medication administration, admissions, and assistance with procedures such as intubations and spinal taps. Patient ratios range from 1:1-1:2 for critical infants and 3:1 for feeder/grower infants .

Requirements

• 2+ years recent Level III NICU experience
• Active RN License (ND or Compact, willing to obtain ND)
• AHA BLS
• NRP
• Must be willing to float to PICU and Pediatrics (within scope)
• Epic experience highly preferred

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating Day/Night shifts
• Every other weekend

• 40-bed Level III NICU
• Ratios: 1:1-1:2 critical , 3:1 feeder/growers
• EMR: Epic
• Orientation includes Epic training and 2 buddy shifts
