By ensuringhigh standardsand successful delivery, you will directly influence the functionality and future of our facilities.HowYou’llMake an Impact   Lead projects from initial planning to implementation, managing operational details and securing stakeholder alignmentApply project management methodologies to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and in line with Spectrum’s quality standardsCommunicate updates to internal customers, collect feedback and report on project progressOversee data collection, cost tracking, performancemetricsand service levels to meet project objectivesProvide subject matterexpertisefor structural,electricaland mechanical issues, supporting other real estate functions such as facility management and strategic planningDevelop strategic approaches to contracted workforces, manage budgets and capital development, and serve as the central interface for translating planning requests into engineering objectivesWrite funding documents, manage accounting codes, supervise vendors and consultants, enforce contracttermsand oversee zoning andpermittingprocessesServe as the escalation point for warranty issues and support continuous improvement across all assigned projectsWorking Conditions  Office-based with occasional travelAvailability required during all construction hours, including nights and weekends for on-site presence as necessaryWhatYou’llBring to Spectrum   Required Qualifications   Education  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related fieldExperience   5+ years of project management experienceSkills   Ability to communicate clearly in English with employees, customers and suppliers in person, on the phone and in writingStrong relationship-building skillsCritical thinking and analytical skillsEffective performance in fast-paced environmentsData analysis and interpretationProject managementexpertisein design,constructionand contract managementOrganizational skills for prioritizing and managing multiple projectsSelf-starter capable of working independentlyNegotiation and conflict resolution abilitiesExperience with architectural and engineering services coordinationAbility to interpret design plans and specificationsKnowledge of mechanical,electricaland structural systemsProficiencyin MS Word, MS Excel, MSPowerPointand MS Project; familiarity with AutoCAD desirableandhas the ability tolearn proprietary software programsUnderstanding of construction means and methodsCapability to manage simultaneous complex, multi-million dollar projectsPreferred QualificationsEducationProject Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum preferredSkillsKnowledge of building codesAdministrative and technical skills, including interpreting industry environmental standards for telecommunications and electronic data systemsUnderstanding ofconstruction cost estimating, life cycle costing and value engineering in design and construction phasesFamiliarity with site work retention, grading,drainageand zoning/site acceptability#LI-DH1 KGN308 2026-79770 KGN308 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
