Looking for meaningful work in your community? Alora Supports is hiring a caring, reliable Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support in the Lincoln and Waverly, Nebraska areas. This is a part-time opportunity offering approximately 22 hours per week, with locations alternating between Lincoln and Waverly (just a short 15-minute drive apart!).

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM

• Locations alternate weekly (Lincoln / Waverly) and include some alternating weekend shifts.

• Approximately 22 hours per week

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is caring, patient, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals develop life skills, achieve independence, and engage meaningfully in their community. Flexibility is key for this role as the schedule includes rotating locations and some weekend hours.

Required Certifications

• Medication Aide

• CPR and First Aid

• MANDT

• Missing a certification? That's okay! Alora Supports will provide and fully pay for required training.

Additional Details

• Lincoln, NE & Waverly, NE

• Approximately 22 hours per week

• Late afternoon/evening hours (plus alternating weekends)

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between the Lincoln and Waverly locations

• Paid training provided

• Experience with IDD, caregiving, behavioral support, or DSP work is preferred but not required
