Corporate Attorney Position
A well-established law firm in Wilmington, DE, is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, business transactions, and advising businesses on a variety of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and business agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and business operations.
- Assist with business formations, restructurings, and succession planning.
- Conduct due diligence and manage transactional matters.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Delaware Bar license.
- Experience in corporate law, business transactions, or M&A.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively.
