Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist

Join our team at Jackson HealthPros as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you'll function as a member of a cardiac team, expertly assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You'll ensure the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• Two years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• Minimum one year of travel experience required
• ACLS Certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist required
• Experience in open heart specific cases required

Assignment details:

• 13-week assignment
• Start time varies between 5:30 AM and 7:00 AM depending on case start times
• Call approximately twice per week
• One weekend every third weekend from Friday at 3:30 PM to Monday at 7:00 AM
