Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Master's Degree in Social Work/Clinical Counseling from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work/Counselor Education required. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMSW-CC (Licensed Master Social Worker, Conditional Clinical) required. Experience: Two years of relevant experience in a health or mental health setting preferred. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Social Worker I role.
