We are seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join an established and growing dental practice in the Xenia area. This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants to step into an existing patient base, work alongside an experienced clinical team, and have the freedom to provide comprehensive dentistry rather than being limited to a narrow range of procedures.

The practice provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages with a strong mix of general, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced dentistry. Depending on your experience and clinical interests, procedures may include:

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Crown and bridge
• Restorative dentistry
• Root canal therapy
• Extractions
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Dentures and partials
• Implant dentistry
• Clear aligner treatment
• Emergency dentistry

There is also an opportunity for a dentist who wants to continue expanding their clinical skill set and take on more advanced procedures over time.

We are looking for a dentist who:

• Holds a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
• Is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry
• Values clinical autonomy and quality patient care
• Communicates well with patients and the clinical team
• Wants to continue developing clinically and professionally

Experienced dentists are encouraged to apply, although newer dentists with strong clinical fundamentals and the desire to grow will also be considered.
