Senior Lead Technology Portfolio Manager

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Portfolio Manager. This position will be in the Infrastructure Strategy & Execution (ISE) organization and will report to a Technology Director. You will be part of a small team that manages the overall infrastructure budget and investment process. You will partner closely with infrastructure and finance leadership to ensure timely approval of investments and renewal of vendor contracts.In this role, you will:Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teamsWork on a small team and partner with infrastructure and finance leaders to manage investments and renewals for SoWs and SW/HW vendorsLead the creation of business cases for investment planning and present to leaders on current spend and run ratesManage and ensure accurate labor forecasts vs actual for infrastructureAct as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiativesUnderstand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesMake decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutionsProvide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issuesEnsure communication and information flow between business, finance, and technology teamsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of Technical Portfolio Management4+ years if Investment and budget management ex4+ years working within an infrastructure environment4+ experience forecasting and managing labor capacity vs actuals across a large organizationDesired Qualifications:2+ years of working in JiraKnowledge of Infrastructure capabilities, services, and vendorsInvestment / Budget planning experience related to Statements of Work, Hardware, and SoftwareExperience creating executive ready presentations for and presenting to senior leadershipJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position does not offer visa sponsorshipPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
