Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our food production team. In this role, you will help prepare ingredients, operate production equipment, package finished products, and maintain food safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and materials for food production.
• Operate machinery used in the production of dumplings and other food products.
• Package, label, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with USDA and food safety requirements.
• Follow all company procedures related to food safety, quality control, and employee safety.
• Assist with inventory, material handling, and general production duties as needed.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable following strict food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn new processes and operate production equipment.

Work Environment

• Food manufacturing facility with varying temperatures and wet production areas.
• Required PPE includes hairnets, gloves, hearing protection, and other safety equipment.
• Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Must follow all hygiene and food safety requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, WA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
