Complete system inspections and identify potential performance or safety concerns. Clean, test, and adjust HVAC components to improve system efficiency and reliability. Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance recommendations, and indoor comfort solutions. Clearly communicate maintenance findings and recommended repairs. Document service calls, inspection results, and customer interactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Work closely with dispatch and team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices. Represent the Korte brand with professionalism and integrity during every customer interaction. What You'll Bring Required Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to learn technical skills and apply company processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move equipment as needed. Preferred HVAC maintenance or service experience. EPA Certification. Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems. Experience using mobile service software or dispatch platforms.
