Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time – 3p-11p

Solon Pointe Assisted Living in Solon is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team!

At Solon Pointe Assisted Living, we are dedicated to providing individualized care that helps our residents maintain dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life. Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
Perform wound care and other clinical procedures as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support STNAs during daily care activities
Communicate resident status changes to physicians and the care team

Qualifications

Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university
Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
