Role Overview Global Payments is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead commercial reporting, enterprise dashboard development, and business intelligence insights across transaction processing platforms in Cincinnati, OH.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise Power BI / Tableau dashboards for executive decision makers.
- Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and data aggregation pipelines across data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Partner with commercial sales and finance teams to discover trends, optimize payment flows, and drive revenue growth.
- Perform data quality auditing and ensure data governance standards across reporting environments.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong communication skills translating complex datasets into actionable executive insights.
