Territory: Sacramento County What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathology (ST) In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Competitive compensation with achievable incentive bonus program To be a success as Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST) Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License Current BLS/CPR Certification Valid CA Driver's License Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior as it relates to the effects of illness/injury; and of the influence of culture on health care. Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred. The results of the assessment are confidential and will be used as one of multiple data points included in the hiring decision process. $110,000 - $125,000 a year Anticipated Wage range for Speech Therapist: 110,000.00-125,000.00.
