Overview Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Cincinnati, Ohio. If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment. This is an in-store retail position — not remote or telemarketing. What You’ll Do Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans Activate new lines and process upgrades Meet and exceed sales and activation goals Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking What We’re Looking For Retail sales or customer service experience preferred Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals Strong communication and closing skills Reliable and punctual Weekend availability required Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits $12–$17 per hour (based on experience) Uncapped commission Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days 401(k) eligibility after 1 year Employee discounts Paid training Opportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager or Store Manager Schedule Monday–Sunday Full-time and part-time available Weekend shifts required Please visit our company website at to check out our locations near your area. #J-18808-Ljbffr Delphos Wireless - Cricket Authorized Retailer
