The Position

Location: Fully remote | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We offer part-time and full‑time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee‑for‑service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting

• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team

• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools

• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent

• Licensed in Michigan

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy

• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
