AI Business Strategy Manager

Our client is a leading private investment firm seeking a Manager to support business operations, strategy, and transformation initiatives across front and back-office teams. This role will help improve operational efficiency, support scalable processes, reduce risk, and partner closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. Lead workflow redesign and process improvement initiatives across business, finance, operations, and technology teams Analyze current state processes and develop future state recommendations, documentation, and training materials Support vendor selection, system implementation, change management, and stakeholder communication efforts Build project plans, manage timelines, and prepare steering committee updates for key transformation initiatives Partner with internal teams to design automation solutions, AI powered tools, reporting workflows, and scalable operating processes #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Partners
