Adjusts communication style and content to suit guests, team members, and leadership; encourages open, candid communication within the team; listens actively to guests and team members and responds with clarity; breaks down communication barriers to keep the operation running smoothly Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager High school diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law Physical Requirements Let’s be real; this isn’t your typical desk job.
