Visa sponsorship provided: No Location: Houston, TX Remote Status: fully remote Pay Type: Annual Salary Salary: 85000-140000/US Dollars Occupational Categories: Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Production/ Operations Industry(ies): Packaging Own and grow a Houston-based territory through aggressive prospecting and relationship development across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution clientsSell custom corrugated boxes and packaging solutions tailored to customer specifications, operations, and cost objectivesDrive new business while expanding existing accounts within the Greater Houston and surrounding Gulf Coast regionManage the full sales cycle: lead generation, needs assessment, quoting, closing, and account managementPartner closely with internal production and design teams to deliver custom, cost-effective packaging solutionsConduct in-person client visits throughout Houston and the surrounding areas to strengthen relationships and close businessPrepare RFQs/RFPs, pricing strategies, and product recommendations aligned with customer needsMaintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast sales activity using CRM toolsStay connected to local market trends, key industries (energy, food & beverage, industrial manufacturing), and competitive landscapeQualifications:3+ years of packaging sales experience (must have corrugated sale experience)Proven success in selling into the Houston market and developing new businessStrong understanding of custom packaging solutions vs. commodity salesAn established network within Houston's manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors is a major plusAbility to manage a territory independently with a hunter-driven mindsetStrong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Bachelor’s degree preferredWhy is This a Great Opportunity :We are seeking a driven Regional Packaging Sales Representative to lead growth across the Houston, TX market for a corrugated manufacturing leader.This is a high-impact, expansion-focused role targeting one of the strongest industrial and manufacturing corridors in the country.
