Company OverviewCMW Tax Services Corp is a small West Frankfort, IL based full-service accounting and advisory firm that services small to mid-sized local businesses for their bookkeeping, accounting, tax, payroll or other financial services. We offer a comfortable and flexible and fun work environment while also striving to keep strong ties and relationships with our customers. We are a small but busy accounting and tax office in need of a Receptionist to help the owner/principal as well as the entire office.

The position will be based in West Frankfort, Illinois and report to the principal business owner, Carolyn Williford.

This is a Part-time position that is available for the right candidate. Hours will be 8:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

January through April could be 40+ hrs. a week.Must be flexible and able to possibly work Saturdays during tax season.

Responsibilities/tasks include, but not limited to:

· Phone Management - Answering phones and greeting customers, making appointments

· Data Entry, filing, scanning

Perform some client work during tax season and ad hoc throughout the year. This work largely consists of scanning/filing client documentation, responding to emailed client requests.

· Any other tasks needed as we are a small office and work as a team.

The right candidate will have:

· Competency in Microsoft office tools and other types of software

. Must be able to keep client information confidential

Wage: $15.00 to 17.00/hr. to start (possibility of bonus')Experience:
