Our organization is on the lookout for a talented Board Certified/Board Eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to become a part of our esteemed Heart Failure Program located in Billings, Montana. This program is part of the largest independent healthcare system in the region, serving Montana, Wyoming, and the western Dakotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in transplants, LVADs, and temporary mechanical circulatory support, including IABPs, Impella CP/5.5, RVAD/Protek Duo, and ECMO.
• Perform right heart catheterizations and RV biopsies; experience with CardioMEMS, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is advantageous.
• Provide comprehensive care for a diverse range of heart failure patients in both inpatient and high-volume outpatient settings.
• Lead specialty outpatient clinics focusing on LVADs, transplants, cardiomyopathies (including HOCM, amyloidosis, and rare cardiac diseases), and pulmonary hypertension.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure.
• Experience in advanced heart failure therapies and comprehensive heart failure care.
• Willingness to work with Visa candidates; we have a successful history of securing waivers.
