This position reports to the CHRO & SVP Communications, leading a team of approximately 25.The Vice President, Total Rewards is involved in all aspects of global compensation across the organization including the design, policy and administration of compensation and executive compensation programs. The position prepares documents and participates in the Board of Director Compensation and Organization Development Committee meetings.The Vice President, Total Rewards has overall responsibility for the health, welfare and retirement benefit plans. The position leads the development, communication and administration of employee benefit programs for employees located globally.Key Responsibilities:Total Rewards LeadershipDrive the strategic design and execution of the Total Rewards philosophy.Deliver Total Rewards programs, including executive compensation, compensation, health and welfare benefits, retirement savings benefits, HR policies, and relocation, creating a compelling Total Rewards program that attracts and retains employees.Lead the Total Rewards team to develop and execute programs that are competitive, internally equitable and achieve the results and behaviors that are aligned to business needs and goals.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, processes and systems.Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and manage reporting and disclosures.Foster effective relationships with all stakeholders; both internal groups (HR, Operations, Finance, Communications, and Law) and external third-party vendors to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely services.Stay abreast of trends, market conditions, industry best practices, and vendor capabilities and new developments.CompensationManage and oversee the design, implementation, administration, maintenance and reporting of global compensation programs and initiatives.Develop materials for the Compensation and Organization Development Committee of the Board of Directors, including preparation meetings with the Committee Chair and the Committee’s independent consultant.
