Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge Assistant to join our team in Washington As a Concierge Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay This is a contract position with no English language requirements making it an ideal opportunity for Pakistani and Kenyan nationals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Provide recommendations for local attractions restaurants and transportation Make reservations for guests at local establishments Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries Maintain a clean and organized lobby area Assist with luggage handling and storage Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly Requirements No prior experience required training will be provided on the job Excellent communication skills in English additional languages are a plus Customer service oriented with a positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Accommodation and free visa ticket provided by the company Join our dynamic team as a Concierge Assistant today This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry #J-18808-Ljbffr WealthGuard USA
