Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for its Glens Falls, NY location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient services. The role operates Monday-Friday 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM with rotating Saturdays at a patient service center or client office.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain specimen information logs
- Perform patient data entry and process billing information
- Provide customer service and complete administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- 3+ months phlebotomy experience or accredited certification
- Ability to pass color blindness screening test
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Compensation: $17.75–$21.00 per hour, plus potential quarterly performance bonus
