Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

We are hiring a General Laborer to support yard and warehouse operations. This role involves sorting materials, using tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and place materials in designated areas
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Use hand and power tools as needed
• Assist with loading, moving, and staging materials
• Operate a forklift after training
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Support team with daily tasks and changing priorities

Requirements:

• Experience in general labour or warehouse work (preferred)
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
• Basic ability to use tools
• Reliable with strong attendance
• Willing to learn forklift operation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous outdoor labour or yard experience
• Forklift experience or certification

Work Environment:

• Yard and warehouse setting
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Physically active role

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Frederick, MD.

The pay range for this position is $31200.00 - $31200.00/yr.
