Location: Remote but candidates must live within the Continental US.
Duration: 6-months
Rate: DOE

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, IT operations and support models.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience with cloud architecture and migration strategies, including demonstrated expertise with at least one major cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience designing and implementing high-availability, scalable, and secure architectures.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes or equivalent).
• State of CA experience especially in Corrections, Prison Authority, Court Systems, County or City Jail Systems, Probation systems
• Experience in IT operations and support models, including the definition and management of monitoring frameworks and operational processes.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning, testing, and validation, including the definition of Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
• Experience with automation, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud scaling strategies.
• Experience with performance engineering and capacity planning for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Experience with security architecture and compliance, including identity management, encryption, and audit logging.
• Experience with observability frameworks, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and distributed tracing.
• Experience with cost optimization strategies and consumption-based pricing models.
• Experience with integration architectures, including APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Experience defining, managing, and enforcing SLAs, including the development of measurable, enforceable vendor deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting large-scale system migrations, including experience with cloud migration strategies (rehost, re-platform, refactor). Experience supporting public sector or government IT procurement, including Statement of Work development.
