Order Fulfillment Specialist

Supporting end-to-end order execution, the remote Order Fulfillment Specialist will manage stock allocations, monitor order flow, and proactively address fulfillment risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage key order fulfillment parameters and execute allocation strategies based on business needs and customer requirements Serve as the primary contact for order fulfillment issue resolution and support cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements Communicate potential shortages and order risks to Customer Solutions partners to facilitate timely issue resolution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, or a related Supply Chain function Experience working with ERP systems and order management processes preferred Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment and ability to identify improvement opportunities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems such as SAP
