Schedule/Hours:

• Days: 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (exact shift times/days to vary with patient volume)
• Call required

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years' Operating Room experience with focus on Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, Urology
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Adaptability for floating between campuses as operationally needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as OR Circulator, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, judgment, and leadership in caring for perioperative patients
• Prepare, maintain, and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment
• Maintain careful communication with patients' families
• Update physician preference cards and assist in surgical procedures as needed
• Oversee personnel delivering patient care, ensuring adherence to AORN and regulatory standards
