Base Pay $26.44 - $33.65 / Hour Employee Type Full Time Required Degree 4 Year Degree Manage Others No Contact information Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Under direction of the Quality Assurance Manager and the Quality Assurance Engineer, this position will work alongside the Jr. QA Engineer and department managers to identify, analyze, and implement resolution for quality issues. This position will work on a variety of activities in the Quality Management programs including inspection and documentation. Working with the QA Engineer, the QA Analyst will help provide direction for the day-to-day activities of the QA Inspectors. Requirements The ability to read, speak and understand the English language Strong computer skills with emphasis on statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or MS Excel. The QA Analyst is self-motivated, has good organizational skills, can prioritize among multiple tasks and can work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. Ability to interpret Regulatory documents and to write and provide guidance related to internal documents such as work instructions, procedures, and forms. Ability to write reports and to speak effectively both one-on-one and in small groups of Ability to effectively use a variety of computer programs including MS Possess math skills, such as statistical calculation and the ability to calculate figures such as percentages and the ability to create and interpret graphs. Working as part of team to ensure change control process is implemented Working as part of team to ensure new equipment and processes are Helping QA Engineer provide direction for the day-to-day activities of the QA Assist QA Engineer in determination and communication of requirements necessary to address regulatory compliance issues. Participating in internal audit programs relative to Quality Management Assisting with training of employees with respect to Quality department Assist Director of QA, QA Engineer, QA Engineer, and QA Inspectors as necessary.
