This role partners with market and operational leadership to address complex workforce challenges, support organizational transformation, and advance MUSC's mission and values. The HRBP supports the full employee lifecycle-from workforce planning and recruitment through transition-while driving consistency, scalability, and operational effectiveness across the market. In collaboration with cross-functional leaders, the HRBP delivers integrated HR solutions that enhance workforce engagement, strengthen leadership capability, and improve overall performance. This role plays a key part in fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture, with a focus on talent management, retention, leadership development, and employee well-being across multiple locations. Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and manage complex HR issues across multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills. Licensures/Certifications: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) or equivalent preferred.
