Hematologist/Oncologist | North TX Near the OK Border - $600K+, Leadership & Autonomy

A leading independent, nonprofit health system in North Texas, ~140 miles northwest of Dallas-Fort Worth, is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a growing, hospital-supported Cancer Center.

Position Highlights

  • High-volume practice with 70+ new patients per month
  • Physician autonomy with control over schedule, panel size, and practice growth

  • Multidisciplinary team including oncology nurse navigators, social work, and palliative care
  • Access to a 24-bed inpatient hospice facility
  • Opportunities to develop clinical trials, research initiatives, and subspecialty interests
  • EPIC EMR
  • Advanced diagnostic capabilities including:
    • PSMA PET and PET imaging
    • Stereotactic-guided biopsy
    • Sentinel lymph node biopsy
    • Comprehensive diagnostic and imaging services

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed starting salary of $600K plus productivity incentives
