Urology Nurse Manager Lead Ambulatory Care Team
Shore Outpatient Surgicenter (10906)
Shore Outpatient Surgicenter is seeking a full-time Urology Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations and ensure state and center standards are met. The role requires NJ RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years of intra-operative leadership with 1+ year in urology.
You will oversee staffing, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include scheduling, cost control, infection prevention, and collaboration with medical staff.
