Human Resources Systems Business AnalystWe are a Firm where people truly believe in what they do and strive to achieve the highest standards of performance and success.General Description: The Human Resources Systems Business Analyst serves as a partner within Human Resources Systems and Business Intelligence, to improve business processes and maximize the effectiveness of HR technology solutions. The HR Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing current and future-state processes, coordinating and facilitating testing efforts, and tracking project deliverables to ensure successful and timely adoption of technology solutions. This role is a key facilitator between HR business stakeholders and the HR Systems and Business Intelligence teams, ensuring business problems and opportunities are clearly understood before solutions are developed.
