Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the workflows of a corporate private funds practice group, the long-term temporary Contract Staff Attorney will assist with drafting and negotiating various legal documents while working remotely and is required to be admitted to the New York Bar. Key responsibilities Assist with drafting and negotiating fund side letter agreements and other related documents Support ongoing fund operations by drafting feeder fund formation documents and reviewing compliance-related sub documents Maintain heavy client contact and understand clients' complex networks of entities Required qualifications Must be admitted to the New York Bar Experience with private funds and related legal documentation Ability to draft and analyze complex legal agreements Strong attention to detail and process management skills Experience in client-facing roles within a legal context
