Senior Product Manager, Developer Ecosystem

Role Description
As Senior PM for Developer Ecosystems, you'll play a critical role in driving our ecosystem strategy across four key areas:
- Ecosystem Strategy & Vision:
- Define the ecosystem strategy — who we build for, where we play, and how we grow.
- Influence the build-vs-partner framework for core product features, third-party developers, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive alignment with executive stakeholders on future ecosystem direction.
- Partner & Integration Experience:
- Own Boulevard's integration portfolio end-to-end, including 1st party integrations (e.g., Shopify, QuickBooks).
- Shape how integrations create compounding value for self-care businesses.
- MCP & AI Connectivity:
- Own Boulevard's MCP strategy for external AI agents and systems.
- Define exposure and differentiation strategies.
- Define and Measure Success:
- Define success metrics such as developer adoption, integration usage, and partner-driven revenue impact.
- Continuously refine the vision and roadmap based on these metrics.
Qualifications
- Platform PM experience: 5+ years in product management, with significant time owning developer-facing products (APIs, developer portals, etc.).
- Ecosystem strategy depth: Experience in building or scaling a developer ecosystem.
- Build vs. partner judgment: Framework for deciding when to build in-house, enable third-party developers, or pursue strategic partnerships.
- Technical fluency: Ability to discuss API design, webhook architecture, and MCP without needing translation.
- Partnership collaboration: Experience working closely with Partnerships or BD teams.
- Executive communication: Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- First-principles thinking: Ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous situations.
Requirements
- Fluency with AI tools for discovery, tradeoff analysis, or communication.
- Experience in vertical SaaS, services-industry platforms, or multi-tenant B2B environments.
