Requirements
- 1 year of recent experience
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-05066. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
