We are looking for an accomplished finance leader to oversee strategic planning, reporting, and fiscal performance for the organization in Crossville, Tennessee. This role will guide budgeting activities, strengthen financial controls, and provide leadership with clear insight into operating results and cash position. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, hands-on expertise, and the ability to translate financial data into practical business decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and coordination of the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring plans align with organizational goals and operating priorities.
• Direct month-end close activities, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across financial records and reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports that highlight performance trends, key variances, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Oversee cash flow planning and forecasting to support liquidity management and informed decision-making.
• Refine budgeting procedures and financial planning practices to improve visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial results against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to support strategic planning through financial analysis and guidance.

• Demonstrated experience leading finance functions at the director or vice president level.

• Strong background in annual budgeting, forecasting, and overall budget administration.

• Proven ability to manage month-end close processes and deliver accurate financial statements.

• Expertise in financial reporting, including analysis of business performance and variance drivers.

• Solid understanding of cash flow forecasting and financial planning principles.

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex financial information into clear recommendations.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Strong knowledge of cash accounting standards and FAR
