As a Quality Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play an essential role in supporting our commitment to quality excellence by assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in conducting product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 0-2 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Basic understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and data analysis.
• Experience with quality documentation and audit processes is a plus.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Internship or co-op experience in quality engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and statistical analysis tools.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $63,900 - $79,900. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
