Capital Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Assurance Representative to ensure our high standards of excellence. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders.
• Verify product accuracy, integrity, quantity, and appearance
• Inspect packages and items on pallets, floor, or staging areas
• Document errors and mistakes using UETs
• Address errors, provide feedback, and identify trends
• Work with outbound schedule to prioritize QC and avoid delays

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Effective communication skills (email and in-person)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently If you're a motivated and detail-oriented
• individual who takes pride in your work

Physical Requirements and Work Environment: 

• Warehouse Environment, standing and walking for most of the day 
• Regular lifting of up to 50lbs 
• Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required 
• Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance 
• We reimburse for steel toe shoes up to $120
