Irrigation Technician

Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial irrigation systems, including both 2-wire and conventional wiring systems. Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal system performance and water efficiency. Diagnose and resolve issues related to wiring, grounding, leaks, programming, and scheduling. Complete and submit daily progress and T&M (Time & Materials) reports accurately and on time. Attend weekly foremen meetings to discuss workload, equipment needs, project guidelines, and job tracking. Read and interpret irrigation and landscaping blueprints and drawings. Communicate equipment and material needs to supervisors promptly. Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company safety policies and participating in safety meetings. Support a positive team culture by modeling professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial landscape or irrigation systems. Valid Colorado driver’s license. Experience with both 2-wire and conventional irrigation systems. Ability to read and interpret landscaping and irrigation blueprints. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and effective written and verbal communication skills. Authorization to work in the United States. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork. Compensation $23.00 – $30.00 per hour , plus an additional $3.00 per hour for billable hours. Bonus opportunities available.
