Insurance Sales Specialist

Job Description The Bradley Beck Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Sales Specialist, your knowledge of insurance products equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email, and text. Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers. Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs. Meet established marketing activities goals by following up with leads, prospects, and clients to nurture relationships and facilitate additional sales opportunities. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks every day. Qualifications Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, business development, sales development, or telemarketing) preferred Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM is not required, but is a plus! Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients to understand their needs Excellent communication skills Ability to pivot and adjust sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends. Accuracy in managing customer information, processing sales transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
